Can Iso-Fuji Volactive® be cooked or used in the preparation of desserts or baked goods without altering their nutritional value?
Just as you can cook meat and eggs (other sources of protein), you can heat Iso-Fuji Volactive® in the microwave or cook it in a pan without altering its nutritional value. Cooking at temperatures above 60 degrees causes protein denaturation: this results in a structural change but does not affect the product’s nutritional value. It is therefore considered safe to both cook and heat it.
Can I dissolve Iso-Fuji Volactive® in a liquid other than water?
Of course: keep in mind, however, that in this case the nutritional values of Iso-Fuji Volactive® will be added to those of the beverage you choose.
