Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal (EU law)

In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.

In addition to this minimum legal right, Fight Club Store grants its customers an extended period of 30 days from receipt of the order to request the return.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you have the right to repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU on the conformity of goods.

Our two return options

⭐ Option 1 — Free collection and refund with voucher (recommended)

• We send a courier directly to your home for collection, at no cost to you
• The refund is issued as Shopping voucher without expiration as soon as the courier issues the collection receipt — without waiting for verification in the warehouse
• Ideal if you want to place a new order immediately (change size, model, etc.)

Option 2 — Self-shipping and monetary refund

• Ship the product to our warehouse with the courier of your choice — shipping costs are your responsibility
• Once we have received the package and verified the integrity of the product, we proceed with the refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
• Refund times: within 14 days from receipt of the return in the warehouse

Conditions for returns

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with labels intact
• The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order
• Some items may not be suitable for return (e.g. personalized or hygienic items for health reasons)
