Iso-Fuji Volactive® è la proteina isolata 100% del siero di latte più venduta di sempre. Just as you can cook meat and eggs (other sources of protein), you can heat Iso-Fuji Volactive® in the microwave or cook it in a pan without altering its nutritional value. Cooking at temperatures above 60 degrees causes protein denaturation: this results in a structural change but does not affect the product’s nutritional value. It is therefore considered safe to both cook and heat it.
