1. Phase 1: Fill a small saucepan with about 8-10cm (3-4 inches) of water and bring it to the boil. 🍲

2. Phase 2: Remove the saucepan from the heat source. Let the water sit for 30 seconds, then immerse the mouthguard in the warm water for exactly 60 seconds (do not exceed this time). ⏱️
