To choose the right size, it’s best to place the helmet on your head and make sure it fits your face perfectly, covering your forehead and ears. Before starting your activity, check that the helmet doesn’t move and stays in the correct position. Once it’s on your head, the helmet shouldn’t obstruct your field of vision.

To keep it in the best condition, avoid storing it in damp places and keep it in a well-ventilated, dry area to help wick away sweat. Do not machine wash; instead, hand wash it in lukewarm water or with a diluted detergent, then rinse it under running water, and let it air dry at room temperature. Avoid heat sources or exposure to high temperatures.
