The Adidas Uchi Komi judo training rope is a practical tool for developing a judoka's technical skills. Translated as "entering inside," it's an exercise that involves repeating the "entry" of a throw onto a static, but present, opponent.
Uchi komi can be done slowly or at a fast speed and often ends with the execution of the full throw with subsequent fall of uke and intense Kiai (sound emission).
