To get a perfect anatomical fit and a secure fit on your teeth, carefully follow this 8-step guided procedure:

Step 1: Fill a saucepan with about 8-10cm (3-4 inches) of water and bring to the boil. 🍲

Step 2: Remove the saucepan from the heat source. Let the water sit for 30 seconds, then immerse the mouthguard in the warm water for exactly 60 seconds (do not exceed this time). ⏱️
