Yamamoto® Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 is a food supplement based on branched-chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) with vitamins B1 and B6.

The product was made in the innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts L-Leucine, 1 part L-Valine and 1 part L-Isoleucine).
Branched-chain amino acids are a group of three essential amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—that share a specific chemical property: the presence of a branched lateral chain. BCAAs are among the nine amino acids defined as essential for humans, as our bodies cannot produce them.
The only possible supply is therefore through daily nutrition or food supplements.
