Returns and Refunds
Did you receive a product and decide to return it? No problem! The return process is quick and easy! You have up to 30 business days from the date you received your order to return the item via express courier, Poste Italiane, or by bringing it directly to our warehouse, depending on your preference.
If you decide to send the item by mail or courier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Alternatively, you can return the product to the courier when the replacement item is delivered, for a shipping fee of €11.
If you have requested a refund for your purchase, it will be processed within 30 days of our warehouse receiving the returned item. For more details on refunds, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” section.
