You have up to 30 days from receiving your order to return your items. You can proceed by express courier, Poste Italiane or by bringing the product directly to our warehouse.

Go to the page Returns and Withdrawal and follow the instructions to fill out the form. The procedure is simple and fast.

If you send the return by post or courier, the shipping costs are your responsibility; the reshipment of the replacement item is at our expense. Alternatively you can deliver the product to the courier when the replacement item is delivered, with a transport cost of €11.

Once the return has been received and verified in our warehouse, we proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the times established by the conditions of sale.

Report the problem via email on the same day of delivery to fightclub@fightclubstore.com, indicating what does not match (size, color, defect). We will exchange it once we receive the return in the original packaging.

After shipping you will receive the tracking link via email. You can also check your order status from your account. For information you can always write to us or contact us via WhatsApp.

In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more items, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the order indicating the processing times. You can choose whether to wait for a single delivery or receive the available items immediately.
