TheMulti-timer for Boxing, Kickboxing, and Taekwondois ideal for sports and gym activities (competitions, training sessions, fitness) involving sequences of action and rest periods of a predetermined duration.

9 different training programs, each consisting of:
- an optional initial time interval;
- up to 9 consecutive training phases.

Each phase can have up to 99 time intervals for performing the exercises (action), followed by time intervals for recovery (rest).
The entire sequence of phases can be repeated multiple times.

Ability to set 4 parameters for each training program:
action time [0–99 min], rest time [0–99 min], action time increment/decrement [0–10 min], number of intervals [1–99].

Ability to automatically increase/decrease subsequent active times to create pyramid-style workouts.
Forward or backward time counting mode.
Display of time [mm:ss] and cycle number using 9 cm tall digits, clearly visible from over 30 m away.

Choice of 2 sounds and 3 intensity levels to signal the start and end of each action.
Ability to synchronize exercises using sounds at predefined intervals (cadence), and to provide advance warning of the end of action and rest times.
Wall mounting using two screws or anchors.
