Purchase made at the beginning of August, after a week I ask for info and the shipment is confirmed after 3 days... we are at the end of the month, and still no shipment, and no response regarding my goods!!!! I requested a return...and obviously, no response...who knows if I will lose €60 or who knows if the products will arrive or the full price will be refunded. I certainly won't buy from them again.
