BELTS SIZE
To choose the right size of judo belt, there is a formula. Take your waist size, multiply it by two and add 95 cm. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. This formula takes into account the standard of the International Judo Federation, according to which it is necessary for the belt to exceed 20-30 cm from the knot. Example of a judoka with a waist of 73 cm: (73 x 2) + 95 = 241 cm. A size 2.5 judo belt is recommended.
